PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes including preparing employment documents and coordinating employee orientation programs.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning activities.
  • Maintain training records and support monitoring of employee training participation.
  • Support performance management processes including preparation of performance review documentation.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, staff events, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Provide support in handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist HR management with employee relations matters and documentation when required.
  • Coordinate employee attendance records, leave documentation, and HR reports as required.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation are implemented and maintained according to company standards.
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives and maintain related records when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
  • Undertake other HR administrative duties as assigned to support the HR department.
  • Demonstrate the Hospitality with HEART! service culture in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Display professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of the role.
