ABOUT THE ROLE

Travel Club by Travel + Leisure Co is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Club Wyndham Owners, as well as internal and external customers, while maximising travel sales across domestic and international markets.

You will play a key role in building tailored travel experiences, including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, rail, and travel insurance. T

HOW YOU WILL SHINE

  • Deliver exceptional, professional customer service to Club Wyndham Owners and all clients
  • Maximise sales opportunities by promoting preferred suppliers and travel products
  • Manage all enquiries (phone, email, online) in a timely and efficient manner
  • Create and manage travel bookings including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, and ancillary products
  • Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure all fees are applied correctly and revenue yield is maximised
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in relevant systems
  • Process payments and ensure accurate financial reconciliation of bookings
  • Adhere to cancellation, amendment, and company policies
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product updates
  • Support other departments within Travel Club as required

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in international travel with a strong sales track record
  • Strong knowledge of fares and ticketing (Fares & Ticketing I & II preferred)
  • Experience with Travelport (Galileo) and Cross Check Travel (or similar GDS systems)
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian wholesale travel products and global destinations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, maturity, and customer service focus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
