This is a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator role based at our office in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. As part of the Accounting team at Travel + Leisure Global Support Services (Philippines), Inc.', you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function and ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors and suppliers.
 

How You'll Shine

  • Processing and approving vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records

  • Resolving any discrepancies or issues with vendor invoices

  • Preparing and sending payments to vendors via bank transfer or cheque

  • Reconciling accounts payable and general ledger accounts

  • Providing support and information to internal stakeholders on accounts payable matters

  • Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting close processes

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
     

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical data

  • Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
