The Rental Systems Integration Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing Global Rental Operations information systems, with a primary focus on system integrations, partner onboarding, supplier channel configuration, and connectivity architecture. This role ensures reliable reservation, rate, inventory, and payment data flow between PMS, CRS, OTA channels, switch providers, and internal platforms. The position leads integration certifications, onboarding projects, system testing, and issue resolution while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, Accounting, and IT partners.

How You'll Shine:

  • Establishes and maintains the GRO systems roadmap aligned to business growth and partner strategy.

  • Translates business requirements into scalable integration initiatives.

  • Owns system documentation, architecture standards, and lifecycle management.

  • Implement risk management practices to proactively identify integration dependencies and vulnerabilities.

  • Ensures compliance with internal security and partner technology standards.

  • Owns end-to-end system integrations between PMS, CRS, OTA channels, switch providers, and internal platforms.

  • Leads onboarding of new properties and supply/distribution partners.

  • Manages OTA and switch connectivity (e.g., DerbySoft, DHISCO, Ctrip, Abreu).

  • Oversees PMS Connect and OTA Connect certifications including testing and go-live validation.

  • Defines integration standards including API vs. flat-file connectivity and data schema requirements (JSON/XML).

  • Maintains integration documentation and interconnectivity maps.

  • Monitors partner performance and resolves rate mismatches, mapping errors, and reservation delivery failures.

  • Acts as escalation point for critical connectivity failures impacting revenue flow.

  • Stewards reservation and payment data integrity across platforms.

  • Defines and enforces data standards to support reporting and revenue accuracy.

  • Partners with Reporting and Accounting to align system data definitions with KPIs.

  • Collaborates with Information Security to maintain compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and SOC 2.

  • Develop and monitors data quality metrics for business-critical systems.

  • Serves as liaison between internal teams and external technology partners.

  • Evaluates vendor capabilities and connectivity models for scalability and compliance.

  • Leads proof-of-concept initiatives for new integration capabilities.

  • Maintains forward-looking systems roadmap aligned with strategic growth objectives.

  • Collaborates with Operations and Accounting to support payment system configuration and reconciliation workflows.

  • Supports automation initiatives that reduce manual integration touchpoints.

  • Maintains audit readiness documentation for system integrations.

Travel Requirements

  • Less than 10% travel time required

What You'll Bring:

  • 4-year degree in computer science, business management, or related field.

  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

  • CSM Certification preferred.

  • Pursue continued education in systems architecture, integration strategy, and data governance.

  • Represent Global Rental Operations at relevant industry conferences (HITEC, HSMAI, API World, etc.).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to prioritize critical tasks across multiple onboarding projects.

  • High attention to detail and operational accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Visio preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of hospitality connectivity architecture (API, XML, JSON, flat-file integrations).

  • Experience with OTA certifications and channel onboarding.

  • Knowledge of switch providers and CRS/PMS platforms (RCC, FOCUS, Opera Cloud, Amadeus iHotelier, DHISCO, DerbySoft, etc).

  • Strong SQL knowledge; familiarity with analytics platforms a plus.

  • 2-4 years’ experience in integrations management, business systems, or related field.

  • Hospitality or travel industry experience preferred.

  • Experience leading multi-property or multi-partner onboarding projects.

  • Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Supervisory or project leadership experience preferred.
