About the Role
This is a full-time WHG Survey Supervisor role based at our office in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, working in a night shift schedule. As part of the Operations team at Travel + Leisure Global Support Services (Philippines), Inc., you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Survey team, driving performance, strengthening team capability, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.
This role is ideal for individuals who have hands-on experience leading a team in a performance-driven environment and are comfortable working in an onsite, fast-paced, night shift setting.
How You'll Shine
Lead and manage the daily operations of the WHG Survey team, ensuring achievement of performance, quality, and productivity targets
Drive team performance through consistent coaching, accountability, and real-time performance management
Conduct structured coaching sessions, call calibrations, and performance reviews to maintain service excellence
Create a disciplined, high-performance team environment while maintaining employee engagement
Analyze performance metrics and identify actionable improvements to efficiency and output
Handle escalations, operational challenges, and process gaps with sound judgment and urgency
Collaborate with project stakeholders and participate in regular operational alignment calls
What You'll Bring
At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, or a related field
At least 1 year of hands-on supervisory or team lead experience in a performance-driven environment
Proven track record of coaching team members and improving key performance metrics (e.g., QA, productivity, SLAs)
Strong experience working in a metrics-driven setting (e.g., BPO, shared services, or contact center)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, direct, and constructive feedback
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced operational environments
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Professional and confident in handling escalations and challenging conversations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting
Must be willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga on a night shift schedule
Must be comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends when required
A college degree is preferred
