Job Summary:
The Senior Site Sales Manager will lead and drive sales performance across both In-House and Frontline sales teams. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing a high-performing sales force, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences that align with company standards and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of In-House and Frontline sales operations on-site.
• Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to meet or exceed targeted goals (VPG, closing %, efficiency, etc.).
• Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Managers, Team Leads, and Sales Representatives through daily one-on-ones, sales training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing, tour generation, and operations teams to ensure consistent pipeline and smooth tour flow.
• Monitor team performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and participate in TOs (takeovers) as needed to support closings and training.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
• Manage staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top sales talent.
• Foster a high-energy, motivational, and success-oriented sales culture.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of proven success in leading both IH and FL sales teams
• Strong leadership and people development skills with a track record of building top-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of the sales process and ability to coach to various closing techniques.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop improvement strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
