The Sales & Marketing Enablement Manager will lead the digital content delivery for sales and marketing collateral training. This role is central to our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring our vast content ecosystem—over 250+ assets—is accurate, current, and easily accessible. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and loves process improvement. They can organize complex content systems and work well with multiple team stakeholders. The candidate must possess the skills to ensure seamless collateral and training content deployment, system optimization, and user experience for internal stakeholders.
How You'll Shine:
Assist with maintaining, organizing, and governing the sales and marketing departments’ 250+ assets used during the sales process through Passport, the company’s approved sales content management (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
Serve as a key support to the instructional design team by streamlining workflows and coordinating with cross-functional partners (Sales, Marketing, IT, Brand) to align content needs and ensure efficient deployment across systems.
Ensure sales content is updated regularly following the team’s internal monthly and quarterly publication calendar.
Create and improve user taxonomies, workflows, and version control history/archive process.
Drive continuous improvement of content delivery processes, monitoring system performance and suggesting enhancements.
Document and maintain records of processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Pulls reporting, regularly analyzing sales and marketing performance data.
Work with the Instructional Design Director to content meets brand standards of sales and marketing teams.
Deploys digital content and training to the field on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Co-manages and organizes CMS/LMS platforms, streamlines content operations and serves as a point of contact to the Instructional Design team's central point of contact.
Serves as a CMS/LMS admin who initially sets up sales channels and training courses.
Create SOPs, Job Aids and other documents as needed.
Reporting on app usage and analytics.
Travel Requirements:
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related field.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, or timeshare industries is preferred.
Proven experience managing content systems, digital asset libraries, and/or LMS/CMS platforms.
Sales training/enablement, Instructional Design, PMP or any other related certifications a plus.
Content Management Expertise: Proficient in content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Highspot, Showpad, etc.) and version control best practices.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with technological platforms such as CRMs, LMSs, and internal portals
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Familiarity with Agile or iterative workflows is a plus.
Sales Enablement Strategy: Understanding sales processes and how enablement tools can support different buyer journey stages.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
Collaboration & Communication: Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Brand, and IT.
Process Improvement: Passion for streamlining workflows and improving the user experience for content access and delivery.
Training and Documentation: Ability to create clear documentation, process maps, and onboarding materials for internal audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
Proficient with cloud-based programs and/or content management systems.
Understanding of digital content creation and optimization for mobile devices.
Knowledge of cloud solutions and integration with mobile platforms.
Copilot and mastery of any other generative-AI programs a plus.
5+ years’ experience or related field; timeshare or hospitality experience a plus.
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted instead of the education requirement.
