Job Summary
The Resort Marketing Manager supports Brand Strategy and local Resort Operations leadership in developing and executing integrated marketing, communications, and community engagement strategies that strengthen brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and generate revenue at the resort property. The Resort Marketing Manager is responsible for day-to-day implementation of marketing initiatives, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring that brand messaging is consistent across all digital, media, and community channels.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute localized brand and marketing initiatives to drive awareness and guest engagement. (25%)
- Liaise with corporate brand marketing, communications, digital, media, and social media teams to ensure alignment with overarching brand strategies and guidelines. (25%)
- Manage and implement content for on-property touchpoints, including resort facilities, dining outlets, and special experiences. (15%)
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, F&B, events) to support promotions and seasonal campaigns. (15%)
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, digital assets, and storytelling that reflect the property’s unique identity. (10%)
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting to inform future strategies. (10%)
- Maintain brand standards while adapting campaigns to resonate with the local market and target audiences. (Always)
Travel Requirements
Limited travel required. Approximately 10% of time
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- BA in Communications, Marketing or related field.
Training requirements
Knowledge and skills
- Understanding of branding practices and structure
- Ability to articulate clear and concise creative direction and feedback
- Adept project management abilities
- Can confidently and gracefully prioritize multiple projects under time constraints and within an
assigned budget
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Passionate attitude with willingness and enthusiasm to own your own growth
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Keynote
Job experience
- 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
- Prior experience within travel & hospitality a plus
- Experience presenting to all levels throughout an organization
- Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences
- Understanding of related creative tracks: user experience, copywriting and content strategy
- Proven client-facing role experience working with teams on large scale, long-term projects
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Compensation
Generally starting at $79,000 - $80,000 per year. The actual salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
