Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rental Operations Supervisor in Orlando, Florida. Responsible for supervising, and conducting activities related to VacationShare and Rental Operations to assist the revenue generating capabilities of Global Rental Operations. Develop productive relationships with business partners in the field and in other departments. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Saturday and Sunday.

How You'll Shine:

  • Provide regular coaching and performance reviews to support employee growth and address development opportunities.

  • Identify and resolve performance concerns through proactive feedback and improvement planning

  • Monitor calls and case work weekly to assess compliance, accuracy, and service quality.

  • Deliver timely, actionable feedback that drives continuous performance improvement.

  • Oversee team schedules, workload distribution, and daily operations to meet performance targets.

  • Monitor real-time systems and dashboards to respond to workflow demands and ensure coverage.

  • Lead team meetings and act as the primary liaison between staff and leadership to promote alignment and transparency.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive team environment that encourages accountability and open communication.

  • Lead or support departmental initiatives, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and updates are clearly communicated.

  • Engage team members in relevant process improvements or task forces when applicable.

  • Maintain accurate records of coaching, QA findings, and performance discussions in compliance with HR guidelines.

  • Submit weekly reports or summaries to leadership as required.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Use of multiple systems paired with proficient experience with MS

  • Ability to multitask

  • Accept frequent changes to daily operations and can monitor the work environment while simultaneously performing job functions

  • Able to prioritize changing business needs

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Not easily flustered, remains calm under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, WORD

  • Proficient in a combination of RCC, IRIS, iHotelier, Opera, Focus, TMP, RezAgent, VAX, Payment Gateway, Cyber-Source, Tandem, Travelport, Worldspan, Jira and ION

  • 4 years of experience in vacation ownership, hospitality or related industry

  • 3 years customer service in related field dealing with end use consumers

  • 3 years of project management with system and process related projects
