Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leadership & Supervision (45%)
Directly supervise CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members.
Plan, assign, and direct daily/weekly priorities to align with site and corporate objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews, recognize achievements, and take corrective or disciplinary action when necessary (including conflict resolution and termination when appropriate).
Build a high-performance, motivated, and professional team culture that drives results.
Performance Management & Reporting (30%)
Maintain and exceed site marketing penetration standards as set by management.
Review and analyze daily reports to ensure accuracy of show factors, penetration rates, and other performance metrics.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to leadership within required timelines.
Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Operational Oversight (20%)
Ensure accuracy of invitations, booking data, and daily tour manifests for compliance and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings, coding discrepancies, or tour statuses.
Manage and maintain departmental supplies, including collateral, uniforms, and gifting inventory.
Oversee execution of marketing programs, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
Other Duties (5%)

Minimal travel required.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, or hospitality with proven ability to manage teams and meet KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
