We’re excited to welcome Club Wyndham Mission Beach to our growing resort portfolio — and with it, a fantastic opportunity for a motivated junior team member to begin their career in hospitality.

Located in one of Queensland’s most beautiful coastal destinations, this role offers hands-on experience in a supportive team environment where you’ll build confidence, learn new skills, and deliver great guest experiences.

How You’ll Shine

As a Junior Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll support the team in delivering a positive dining experience for our guests. This may include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages
• Preparing non-alcoholic drinks (including coffee if trained)
• Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness
• Supporting basic food preparation tasks
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a positive attitude. Ideally, you will have:

• An interest in hospitality or customer service
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
• Reliable and professional presentation
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays (in line with junior employment regulations)
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices (training provided)

Note: This role is suitable for candidates under 18. Duties will be aligned with legal requirements, including restrictions around the service of alcohol.
