How You’ll Shine
This is your chance to lead two dynamic Food & Beverage outlets, drive strategic growth, and create exceptional guest experiences in one of Victoria’s most iconic resort destinations. Your energy, creativity, and operational expertise will inspire a high-performing team and leave a lasting impact on guests and owners alike.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily resort operations across all departments
- Drive F&B innovation and growth
- Build strong relationships with owners, guests, and corporate stakeholders
- Deliver engaging guest programs and memorable resort experiences
- Champion sustainability, service excellence, and financial success
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership in hospitality, with strong F&B and marketing credentials
- Operational expertise in rooms, revenue, and yield management
- Track record of growing revenue and improving bottom-line results
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, including Body Corporate relations
- Experience designing engaging, multi-generational guest activities
- Vacation ownership exposure is a plus — not essential
- Above all, enthusiasm, innovation, and a people-first mindset
