PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
- Supervise the CMA/In-house and Administration unit within Field Marketing Team.
- Ensure tour production requirements are achieved.
- Work closely with your Manager and when needed the Marketing Operations, Club Wyndham Asia Operations, Tele-Marketing Operations, Sales and Finance to generate profitable tours.
- Act as a key player in product and marketing strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation.
- Identify new opportunities and strategies maintain within budget.
- Support manager in contract / negotiate rates, allotment and tactical specials with current and new suppliers.
- Ensure staff are trained in line with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in Identifying and facilitating any staff training and development requirements.
- Provide coaching and support in developing and promoting a productive and performance focused workforce culture.
- Ensure company performance management procedures are followed to maximise the productivity of staff.
- Promote, communicate and reinforce Company values and expected behaviours.
- Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
