          The Program and Product Integration Director will provide strategic leadership and collaborate with multiple departments across Global Rentals and Travel + Leisure to facilitate the integration of new products and programs for the monetization team. This role involves directing and leading the overall development, design, and implementation of these initiatives. The Director will manage the overall timeline, making key strategic decisions to ensure the products meet sales, marketing, service, and commercial demands. Additionally, they will oversee all project integration plans to ensure consistent and timely integration across sales, marketing, servicing, and operations.

          How You'll Shine:

          • Direct the management and implementation of multiple large and complex programs/projects. This includes developing project plans, timelines, strategic decisions, and business and technical requirements to ensure the success of the program/project. Establish specific integration plans and resource requirements for each project and work with executive sponsors to provide progress and program status.
          • Oversee the development and setup of specific rental projects/products/programs for Global Rental Operations. Ensure project teams work closely with legal, accounting, capital development, sales and marketing, and other areas to identify product structure and regulatory requirements. Validate with rental leaders and senior management to ensure the product created meets business needs.
          • Provide direction and oversight to the implementation and project team on the development of standard operating procedures that will support the new product or program. Ensure collaboration with legal and communications to review and submit for approval how products and programs are represented and communicated.
          • Oversee and participate in the development of communication strategy for various mediums such as internal employees, consumer community, and the field. Ensure product training materials are provided to appropriate teams. Oversee all product rollout strategies for Global Rental Operations.
          • Participate in new business development by facilitating the setup of new products, distribution channels, or inventory providers to ensure they are managed from a billing, servicing, reservations, and sales perspective.

          Travel Requirements

          • Minimal travel would be required; Travel would be minimal and may include trips to various sales/resort to work with the field for guidance.

          What You'll Bring:

          • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role
          • Project Management Training or PMI
          • Understanding of the timeshare industry and WVOs competitors
          • Experience working on large cross functional projects
          • Proven ability to drive large scale projects or processes consisting of cross-functional teams, with strong collaboration and leadership
          • Must be able to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions
          • Capable of conflict resolution and project risk mitigation
          • Strong presentation skills
          • Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
          • Ability to communicate decisions and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise matter.
          • High proficient knowledge in all Windows applications, including but not limited to, project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
          • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role or in project management
          • Demonstrated experience in handling cross business unit projects
          • Strong experience in working with cross brand initiatives
          • Strong presentation skills and facilitating large meetings.

          Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
