Travel + Leisure, Co. is seeking a talented Manager, Club Marketing in Orlando, Florida. This position will lead data-driven strategies that strengthen owner usage behavior while supporting the strategic planning, development and execution of Club Marketing lifecycle campaigns for Travel + Leisure Co.’s Vacation Ownership Clubs. This role will manage the design, development and execution of consumer-facing marketing campaigns and offers to drive business performance to key strategic audiences. These campaigns will be promoted on owned and external channels, including but not limited to, website, mobile app, email, SMS, digital marketing, social media, paid media, and VIP channels.
By combining research, analysis, and strategic collaboration, this role will directly influence owner engagement, arrivals, and revenue growth for the Vacation Ownership business through purposeful marketing campaigns and efforts.
How You'll Shine:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing Campaign Planning and Development (35% of time)
Manage the design and development of lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns that will drive incremental utilization, bookings, arrivals & revenue.
Manage development of campaign communications to maximize customer experiences, product engagement, usage and reservations.
Manage priority audience strategies and communications to drive behavior.
Implement customer communication strategies across digital, email and mobile/SMS platforms that build customer engagement and conversions.
Build an annual lifecycle marketing calendar and work with internal partner groups to plan and execute.
Build marketing campaign recommendations based on data and analytics across various online and offline channels and provide partners with necessary data for optimized decision making.
Manage and report on lifecycle campaigns in terms of key drivers such as owner engagement, online activity, bookings, arrivals and ROI generated.
Strategic Planning & Research Leadership (30% of time)
Build annual research and insights roadmap tied to owner activation and conversion goals.
Synthesize findings from multiple data sources (digital analytics, survey feedback, call center insights, and booking data) into actionable strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure research-driven recommendations are incorporated into marketing initiatives.
Deliver strategic readouts and presentations to senior leaders, highlighting growth opportunities and measurable business impact.
Owner Insights & Reactivation (20% of time)
Research owner behavior and utilization patterns to identify segments most at risk of disengagement.
Develop data-driven strategies to re-engage inactive and priority owners to increase ownership usage and arrivals.
Partner with analytics teams to test, measure, and refine approaches that improve owner retention, satisfaction and arrivals.
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on findings that impact long-term engagement.
Collaboration & Financial Impact (15% of time)
Collaborate with Club Management, Brand, Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Call Center teams to align on owner engagement strategies.
Manage budget allocations tied to research, testing, and owner growth initiatives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to at least one Marketing Specialist, while managing external research or vendor partners as needed.
Performs other duties as needed
Travel Requirements
Domestic travel within the US and Caribbean is required less than 10% of the time.
What You'll Bring:
Education
Bachelor's degree from a 4-yr university with a major in advertising, business, communications, marketing or similar, with MBA preferred
Training requirements
Knowledge and skills
Proven track record of using data and research to inform strategy and drive measurable growth.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting behavioral data, market trends, and customer segmentation.
Proven ability to drive customer engagement and conversion through multi-channel campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, ROI measurement, and data-driven decision making.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
Experience managing direct/indirect reports.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and results to make decisions and drive change.
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
Must be results driven, enjoy problem-solving and passionate about being challenged.
Technical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, Canva and Outlook)
Job experience
5+ years of marketing experience including brand management and digital marketing.
5+ years of experience in marketing, research, marketing analytics or customer insights roles, ideally within consumer lifecycle or loyalty-driven businesses.
3+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships and/or direct reports.
