At Travel + Leisure | Club Wyndham Clearwater Beach, the Business Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily functions of our Sales and Marketing operations. This individual provides exceptional service to our guests and business partners, ensures operational procedures are followed, protects data integrity, and assists with the day-to-day flow of the sales floor — including tour reception and gifting. As part of the Business Operations team, you’ll help support the steps that put the world on vacation and create memories of a lifetime!
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, business partners, and team members.
Assist with the daily functions of the sales floor, including tour reception and gifting processes.
Collect and validate guest data to ensure accuracy and enhance the customer experience.
Manage and protect company assets through all interactions.
Understand, follow, and implement operational procedures that govern our business.
Support the rollout of new initiatives and assist teams impacted by these changes.
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting needs.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer service and/or processes.
Leverage available resources (team, leadership, guides, etc.) to quickly provide answers and support when questions arise.
Collaboration
You will regularly partner with:
Examples of Projects
Validating data and reporting, or answering questions from onsite business partners.
Supporting the integration of new processes and procedures.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule: any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Availability to support the business on weekends and holidays (with regular days off during the week).
Previous customer service or operations experience with a proven ability to deliver outstanding results.
Strong communication skills and ability to partner across multiple teams.
