- This position is responsible for helping to oversee the Specialist Presenter program. Duties include scheduling and conducting panel interviews, conducting training for new Presenters for both Owner and New Owner training, scheduling regular conference calls with Presenter Team, conducting onsite follow up training for Presenters. Partnering with Sr. Director of Sales Projects and Regional Directors of training to perform regular follow up training on Pre/ During and Post steps of the sale. Provide detailed coaching assessment to Presenter and site leaders as well VP of Sales Projects, Sr. Director of Sales Projects and Regional Director of training. The position will also be responsible for, consultative-based direction to site leadership, as well as follow up on all Compliance allegations. Must be able to perform both New Owner and Owner versions of the company approved Specialist Presenter presentation.
Job Description
Essential Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the respective Presenter team through continued follow up training and coaching. (40 % time)
- Lead Presenter teams and Managers, development of strategies to support achievement in New Owner and Owner sales, implementation of training strategies to improve metrics in compliance, sales and marketing efficiencies, New Owner and Owner sales and employee retention. Responsibility is also for the coordination and strategic development/deployment of all sales related tools and training technologies within WVO. (20 % time)
- Monitor Presenter team for training and coaching purposes NOI, Close Rate and enhancement of the customer experience. (20 % time)
- Develop and implement Presenter program and training strategies for WVR and WBW sales operations.

- Partner with Sr. Director of Sales Projects and leadership (corporate and field) to develop and share best practices. ( 5 % time)
- Schedule and conduct panel interviews for sites within the respective site to ensure proper staffing of the Presenter Team. ( 5 % time)

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
- Wyndham Destinations Owner and Non-Owner Sales experience
- Wyndham Destinations Management experience
- Authoritative Knowledge of a suite of company products
Complexity
Describe the following:
Level of decision making authority
- Responsible for decision making on Specialist Presenter best practices for respective site and Wyndham Destinations in conjunction with Sr. Director of Sales Projects.
Level of autonomy
- This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales Projects and will have limited decision making capabilities on the direction and implementation of all matters related to the Specialist Presenter program for respective sites and Wyndham Destinations.
Impact of incumbent’s decisions on the organization
- Due to the overall guest experience, compliance measures and overall metrics the Presenter program has demonstrated year after year this role will have a major impact on the organization
Supervisory Responsibility:
- No Direct Reports and will report to Sr. Director of Sales Projects
Scope/Financial Responsibility
- The Specialist Presenter Program was responsible for $1.275 billion in revenue in 2022, raising VPGs and close rate for WVO above what the company produces without the program.
