How You'll Shine:

The Facilities Clerk supports Facilities Supervisor and Facilities Services team in a variety of customer service and building related matters. This is an entry level position with responsibilities that include stocking of copy rooms and break areas, completing simple work requests and mail room assistance. Candidates should have good customer service skills and a working knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook and basic computer skills.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Responding to simple Facilities requests such as: office/cabinet keys, office supplies, copier/toner replacement, etc.

• Stocking of mail rooms, break rooms, copy areas, and restrooms.

• Basic mail duties including package receiving and delivery with supervision.

What You'll Bring:

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Knowledge of MS Outlook.

• Handyman or general maintenance skills and experience with hand tools.

• Mailroom experience preferred but not required.
