Job Summary

Responsible for welcoming our guests prior to checking into their hotel. Processing all check-in paperwork, converting Vacation Getaway guest to tour, and provide excellent customer service by offering information and answering guest questions. This ideal candidate will be highly energetic, motivating, and possess a vibrant personality that engages and inspires others.

How You’ll Shine

• Converting all vacation getaway guest to tour our property.
• Ticket sales to all guest types and ensuring accurate account of ticket sales to monies collected.
• Processing all guests, identifying qualifications, gifts to be received and accurate directions to hotels.
• Scheduling tour times for guests according to allocations.
• Superb customer service.
• Positive and upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment.
• Entering guest information into Journey.
• Assist managers in coordinating and ensuring families are escorted to the shuttle services efficiently.
• Assist the events team with the setup and teardown of events.
• Any other duties as requested by management.

What You’ll Bring

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• High School or Equivalent required, College Degree preferred
• Must be Positive, Upbeat and Professional at all times
• General knowledge of smart devices
