The Vice President of Marketing leads marketing strategy, direction, and execution for Travel & Membership in North America, focusing on both B2C and B2B2C. This role develops go-to-market strategies, builds brand positioning, and drives partnership marketing initiatives. The VP balances strategic vision with hands-on execution, mentoring their team while collaborating across functions.
How You'll Shine:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for owners, members, and B2B partners.
- Oversee digital, email, social, and partnership marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and deliver data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain marketing partnerships, negotiating agreements and overseeing execution.
- Partner with internal teams on branding, PR, and product positioning.
- Drive targeted sales leads and revenue growth through B2B marketing efforts.
- Lead and mentor the North America marketing team.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in travel or subscription services.
- Proven success in B2B and B2C marketing, including team leadership and global collaboration.
- Strong skills in branding, product positioning, and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Familiarity with the hospitality, timeshare, or travel industries is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative leader.
