PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: 
To facilitate a compliant and efficient process that is returning all site generated sales contracts to reach transmitting stage.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Complete and review all sales and finance documents with all new and upgrading owners 
• Provide pre and post-sale Count on Me! Service to ensure retention of the business and ensure compliance with all regulatory, Finance and business processes, policies and procedures
• Ensure timely collection and processing of any information required by the company and or Finance By Wyndham, in order for the company to approve the Application for Vacation Credits, and for Finance by Wyndham to complete the loan assessment process supporting the purchase of Vacation Credits 
• Observe and identify any compliance concerns, patterns or any other issues detrimental to maintaining business retention and communicate such with the Site Project Directors and or Quality Assurance Manager ( where applicable), and conduct appropriate training with staff, or work with the site dedicated traniner
• Active participant in sales and site management meetings, 
• Any other duties as assigned by the Director Business Retention and Discovery and or, Quality Assurance Manager (where applicable)

 
THE SCOPE OF THE ROLE:
The Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) will execute the full sales documentation closing processand provide total support to the new and upgrading owner about the purchase decision they just made, by emphasizing some off the key benefits that are applicable to the owner. 

Furthermore, as the key site contact for the owner, provide excellent Count on Me! Service ensuring a seamless experience with completing all aspects of the transaction, and as a result, retains the business. 

As an Authorized Credit Representative, ensure that great care is observed, in terms of compliance with our obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act.

LEVEL OF AUTHONOMY AND AUTHORITY:
The QAR is a senior position at the site, required to work closely with the site management team. The role holds a high level of autonomy to complete the tasks required, have the authority to decline a sales contract where it does not meet the business criterea not and will provide excellent Count onMe! Service to all internal and external customers. 

NATURE AND SCOPE OF DESCISSION MAKING:
The QAR will partners with Sales and Consumer Finance leadership teams to analyze retention results, identify areas of opportunity and formulate action plans for improvement. QAR follows Best Practices to achieve retention and engagement goals.
