Position Overview

  • Generation and delivery of sales appointments for onsite sales teams or via livestream.
  • Day-to-day front desk operations including greeting and registering members and guests, providing local attraction information, completing department paperwork, and using communication equipment such as telephones and computers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule onsite resident guests for Member Updates or Club presentations during their stay.
  • Meet monthly tour budgets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Assist in the tour generation process and ensure prospects meet qualification requirements.
  • Complete duties relevant to the assigned shift.
  • Welcome guests, conduct courtesy calls, provide tourist information, and assist with restaurant/tour bookings.
  • Assist members with room requests, troubleshooting, and deliveries.
  • Handle front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, cash handling, communication systems, tour bookings, and guest enquiries.
  • Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, room availability, membership guidelines, and local attractions.
  • Increase room sales, incidental revenue, tour upselling, and promotions.
  • Manage website availability for non-member bookings.
