The Financial Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest level of quality support for the Financial Partnership team, including interacting with site sales teams, operations teams, and other business stakeholders. The Financial Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for the management of reporting system and initiatives that impact internal departments, third party affiliate partners as well as any new Travel + Leisure business projects. This role is also responsible for the review and support in the creation of comprehensive processes and procedures that govern the daily operations of the Financial Partnership team with minimal supervision. Facilitates standard monthly reporting and quarterly audit reporting to support the business unit.
This role will monitor various intake channels and serve as a dedicated support role for general questions and troubleshooting of daily operations. Aids with the monthly forecast process and invoicing expenses. Performs ad-hoc analyses as needed and manages the reporting/database function. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.
How You'll Shine:
Provide service support via phone, Microsoft Teams, email and other communication platforms ensuring all service level and communication standards are being met. Delivery of support with appropriate response time is expected.
Updates standard daily/weekly/monthly reporting for our various financial products. Prepares ad hoc reporting for executive management. Contributes to the effective management by proactively identifying business issues and raising awareness to solutions.
Create, provide, and maintain policies and procedure for new processes or operations of financial tools to ensure proper record keeping. Challenge the status quo and propose process updates that improve output and efficiency of internal team and partners or to reduce risk.
Assist in the set-up of new sales sites, new financial tools and completes necessary auditing assistance to ensure compliance of financial institution requirements.
Works on special projects and ad hoc reports for or with Manager and Director.

High School Required, Bachelor’s preferred

Adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
Ability to develop solid working relationships with both internal and external partners, with a customer-focused mindset
Microsoft Suite proficiency (intermediate Excel level required)
1–2 years of experience; travel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
