Job Summary

This multifaceted position will work across a variety of departments to develop Field and Corporate Marketing lead generation programs including the development and launch of sweepstakes to support partnerships and field needs.  This role will partner closely with internal clients, Digital, Partners, IT, Call Center and Campaign Management to maximize lead generation opportunities across all channels to drive conversion through online, inbound call and outbound call opportunities.  This role will lead the creation and delivery of all required operations setup to the call center to execute campaigns.  This position will provide requirements on development of reporting and analytics for prospecting lead generation across channels to provide a holistic view of performance and ROI on e-commerce initiatives.  The candidate should be a highly motivated, data-driven, execution focused marketer who seeks to constantly improve and optimize activation campaigns and execution.  They should have a passion for the e-commerce space and always strive for innovation to keep up with the latest technology to optimize lead generation and sales conversion. 

How you will shine:

  • (40%) Liaise with cross functional teams to develop and deliver compliant and effective prospect acquisition campaigns that will drive yield across channels.  Provide materials, training and call center setup requirements for campaigns and monitor and report out on performance post launch.
  • (30%) Manage prospecting lead generation tools and processes across all channels to find impactful ways to leverage the database to drive transactions, tours and VOI through targeted e-commerce campaigns.
  • (10%) Drive the creation of effective initiative performance reporting, provide recommendations for yield optimization and develop accurate lead generation invoicing.
  • (10%) Provide direction to continuously evolve the customer lifecycle establishing journeys from qualified prospects to customers ultimately making a purchase.
  • Sweepstakes creation and development: Legal Approval, Registration, Creative, Distribution, Education

Travel Requirements

  • Possible moderate travel required
  • Travel would be required to support a project rollout/launch or provide support post launch.

What you will bring:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business , Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge and skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Company/Industry experience/knowledge a plus, including proficient knowledge of products, operations and company positioning including strategic business drivers and frameworks
  • Marketing Knowledge, Lead generation and CRM tools
  • Versed in campaign management
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data to make decisions
  • Strong time management skills, self-disciplined
  • Team player, positive attitude, motivated, well spoken.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong ability to influence deliverables and positive outcomes

Technical Skills

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio & Outlook
  • Salesforce and Snowflake knowledge preferred

Job experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience creating and managing marketing campaigns, implementing initiatives OR experience in a leadership role.
  • Specific knowledge of T+L products, club rules, and owner needs preferred.
  • Lead generation experience preferred.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
