Shifts: Evening (Weekends + holidays are required) .

This position receives an evening shift differential due to the expanded responsibilities and cross-functional operational support provided during evening hours.

How You’ll Shine:

As an Evening Bell Person, you'll be much more than luggage assistance—you'll be a key member of our evening resort operations team. With a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to exceptional guest service, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for owners and guests while supporting multiple departments throughout the resort.

 

During evening hours, you'll serve as a versatile resource, assisting with guest arrivals, responding to service requests, supporting front desk operations, delivering amenities and supplies, and helping address minor operational needs that arise throughout the property. Your flexibility, problem-solving skills, and willingness to jump in wherever needed will help create memorable vacation experiences and keep resort operations running smoothly.


How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Serve as a key evening operations team member by supporting multiple departments throughout the resort.

  • Respond to guest housekeeping requests and assist with room-related service calls.

  • Provide houseperson support, including delivery of amenities, supplies, and guest-request items.

  • Assist with minor maintenance concerns by addressing basic issues directly or coordinating with on-call personnel when needed.

  • Provide an additional presence around the resort by reporting and responding to security and guest assistance matters.

  • Support Front Desk Operations by assisting during busy arrival periods and providing coverage when Guest Service Associates are assisting guests or on break.

  • Act as a flexible resort resource, helping ensure seamless guest service during evening hours.

      What You’ll Bring:

    • Valid driver’s license.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English.

    • Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos.

    • Ability to solve problems with a minimum amount of guidance.

    • A professional appearance.

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

    Compensation

    Generally starting at $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
