We are seeking an exceptional Call Centre Analyst to join our dynamic team at Travel + Leisure Global Support Services (Philippines), Inc. in our Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga location. As a full-time Call Centre Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our valued clients.
 

How You'll Shine

  • Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy to address inquiries, complaints, and requests

  • Documenting customer interactions and case details accurately in our internal systems

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to research and resolve complex customer issues

  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements

  • Actively participating in training and development activities to continuously enhance your skills

  • Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanour to build strong relationships with customers
     

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a wide range of customer inquiries

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
