The Supervisor of Business Operations is responsible for assisting the Manager of Business Operations with all aspects of coordinating the Sales & Marketing operational office and staff, to include tour reception, gifting, manifest, facilities, providing full support for Sales & Marketing, leading their team while partnering with and supporting site leadership.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
Represent the Wyndham Destinations brand by maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Supervise business operational personnel.
Proactively partner with all levels to ensure adherence to all corporate, BU, and Site SOP’s and compliance with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and PCI (Payment Card Industry) requirements.
Assist Manager, Business Operations with ensuring all new programs and processes are effectively communicated and implemented seamlessly in an effort to consistently prevent manipulation of company systems and records.
Identify training opportunities on system applications, processes, and modules (i.e. accounting, commissions, contracts, tour reception, gifting, marketing administration, etc.)
Foster collaboration amongst key roles at the site and in the spirit of One Wyndham establishing a working relationship with Resort Operations.

Business Acumen: Day to Day Operations, SOP’s, processes and functions of teams, operational audits and thorough understanding of all team members administrative functions.

Leadership Effectiveness: Establish strategic goals and align the team to achieve those goals.
Talent Acquisition & Development: Attract, hire, and develop the best talent.
Driving Results & Innovation: Recommend and implement positive change.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred (company experience can be considered in lieu of supervisory experience)
Full availability, day, nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
Strong organizational and presentation skills required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
40+ hours per week – varies based on seasonality and site need.
