As a Business Analyst – Compensation & Reporting, you will play a critical role in ensuring our incentive programs are accurate, transparent, financially sound, and trusted. This is not a junior or purely transactional role—it requires strong business judgment, technical expertise, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across the business.
You will join a small, specialist team responsible for calculating and paying weekly, monthly, and annual bonuses to a diverse population across the organisation, with a reporting line to management in Clark.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Incentive Calculation & Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual incentive calculations, transforming raw, multi‑source data into accurate bonus outcomes using robust Excel models
- Submit validated calculations to Payroll, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit‑readiness
- Issue professional and confidential bonus advices to eligible employees
Analysis, Modelling & Insight
- Support the modelling of existing and future compensation plans, assessing financial implications against agreed performance targets
- Monitor KPIs and underlying data integrity, identifying anomalies, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Produce regular and ad‑hoc reporting, including KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and management insights
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to explain models, outcomes, and variances
- Respond to ad‑hoc queries with clarity, discretion, and sound commercial judgment
- Operate effectively across multiple countries and cultures while maintaining confidentiality
Financial & FP&A Support
- Calculate month‑end incentive accruals and prepare, review, and explain associated journals
- Provide ongoing analytical support to the FP&A team, particularly around performance, forecasting, and incentive impacts
Process, Risk & Culture
- Extract, validate, and reconcile source data; investigate and resolve discrepancies with business partners
- Actively contribute to improving processes, controls, and reporting capability
- Comply fully with WDAP OH&S policies and promote a safe, respectful workplace
- Demonstrate integrity, leadership, and teamwork in all interactions
How You'll Shine
This role is designed for experienced analysts who are comfortable being accountable for complex, high‑visibility work.
Essential Experience & Capabilities

Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, structured models, reconciliations, scenario analysis)
- Excellent written and spoken English, particularly the ability to interpret pay plans and translate them into clear, auditable calculation logic
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and self‑review discipline
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality or control
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA/CA (or equivalent) strongly preferred

5+ years’ experience in Compensation Analysis, Business Analysis, Management Accounting, or a closely related field
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining a collaborative and supportive team member
Highly Regarded
- Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Exposure to incentive plans in sales‑driven or multi‑country environments
