Job Summary:
As the In-House Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team that’s at the heart of driving vacation experiences. You’ll be responsible for maximizing resort occupancy, delivering excellent owner experiences, and collaborating with various teams to execute successful marketing strategies. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where every day brings new challenges and the chance to deliver amazing experiences for guests and owners alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire the Marketing Team: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a talented team of marketing associates. Lead by example and foster an environment of growth, accountability, and fun.
  • Maximize Site Performance: Ensure marketing conversion rates meet or exceed company standards while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with In-House Sales, Front Line Sales, and Resort Management to optimize tour flow and occupancy rates.
  • Problem-Solving Expertise: Resolve booking, coding, and tour status issues with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Analyze & Report: Track team performance, generate reports, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive Collaboration: Communicate key marketing updates, changes in policies, and new initiatives to all relevant departments to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Payroll & Admin: Manage timely payroll submission and ensure smooth operations of all related administrative tasks.
  • Keep the Momentum Going: From day-to-day tasks to special projects, your role is key to keeping everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in timeshare sales and marketing is required.
  • At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role (or equivalent experience in timeshare).
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both customers and team members.
  • Detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a strong understanding of commission payroll.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
