CRM & Reporting: Meticulously track all sales and service activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the corporate CRM platform and ensure accurate and timely submission of activity reports to the Director. (10% time)
Strategic Support: Assist the Director of Sales and other senior leaders with research, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives critical to long-term network stability and growth. (5% time)
Travel Requirements
This role requires significant business travel, typically up to 50%, to attend industry events, conduct in-person client meetings, and support the Director in optimizing client servicing and closing key partnerships.
What You'll Bring:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field or equivalent practical experience (5 years of B2B sales experience).
Knowledge and Skills: The employee should have a basic-to-intermediate understanding of the global timeshare, hospitality, and travel industry. Strong professional verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for engaging with management-level resort executives. High level of energy, drive, positivity, client focus, and accountability necessary to manage a dual sales and service portfolio.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with all MS products. Mandatory proficiency in utilizing corporate CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for activity logging and pipeline management.
Job Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
