PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
- Liaising with internal customers verbally & in written form to obtain detailed requirements of accounts/projects requested
- Identify key internal stakeholders and the impact an account/project will have on the Company/Department
- Preparing of accounts/project outlines, including timelines and responsibilities
- Coordination of accounts/project development and implementation
- Responsible for job brief review & schedule to ensure the Brand Communications team meets the job owner’s objectives
- Effectively and accurately schedule copy and design jobs within the studio
- Responsible for timelines, recording, tracking and history of all jobs by utilizing a system called Robohead
- Co-ordinate print specification sheets in conjunction with specialists in the team
- Liaise with printing companies & request quotes, correspond with printers within Australia & SE Asia to order collateral adhering to all company policies and processes
- Proof all material with attention to detail
- Regular communication and negotiation with clients & internal team members
- Setting meeting agendas, conducting and controlling meetings, minute taking and accurate record keeping
- Ensuring all compliance guidelines are met and any applicable legal approvals and state licenses gained as required
- Record and maintain the production schedule within the studio
- Communicate accounts strategies and accompanying collateral to key stakeholders
- Monitor accounts progress to ensure success for both parties
- Develop, coordinate, implement and manage strategies.
- Filing all relevant details and materials for record keeping when a job is finalized
- Basic copy writing
- Basic graphic design skills in Adobe InDesign, Canva and/or Photoshop is advantageous but not essential
- Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not willfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety
- Provide excellent service to all internal and external parties

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Strong attention to detail required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can act quickly and adapt to change in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working autonomously & as a team also
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and coordinate a number of projects
- Demonstrated excellent organization and communication skills
- Demonstrated time management & administration skills
- Works well under pressure
- Needs to be assertive & confident - with the ability to ask challenging questions regarding job briefs
- Needs to be strong but non-aggressive
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous co-ordination and experience with print collateral is advantageous
- Basic - Intermediate skills in Adobe CC suite is advantageous
