Maternity Leave Contract - 12 months

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- The demonstrated ability to lead and support a team
- The drive and passion to provide outstanding customer service
- The ability to act as a true brand ambassador as you train the team to deliver the highest quality of service
- Strong business awareness and a working understanding of hotel operations

First aid and RSA certification, or be willing to obtain
- Experience within a supervisory role within Hospitality/Tourism
- A working knowledge of PMS Merlin or similar advantageous
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Leading the Front Office team to provide exceptional customer service

Manage the day-to-day operations in line with budget guidelines
- Complete daily and monthly reports as required

Proactively work towards increasing guest satisfaction scores, revenue and employee engagement
- Play an active role in on boarding, training and development of Front Office colleagues
- Ensure the wellbeing and safety of guests and colleagues acting as the emergency warden
