The Special Events Sales Manager will drive the production and growth of our Special Events contact center operations and sales teams. Driving efficiencies and quality to maintain acceptable guest generation costs and high VPGs while delivering high quality events.
-Drive production volume and efficiencies to meet our tour and cost obligations
-Maintain staff levels appropriate to handle campaigns efficiently.
-Partner with Training/Academy to ensure we have the best outcomes
-Drive engagement in our WFH model
- Monitor sales and tour generation results and fine tune process to
- Ensure we maintain acceptable quality levels and partner with QA team·
- Design and develop effective presentations using PowerPoint and other
- Validate dialing strategies and ensure we have lead penetration and acceptable contact rates
- Customer service and issue resolution for customers and partners
- Hire and develop agents for both owner and non owner programs

- A proven track record of developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with external business partners
- Must be detail oriented and able to develop and understand financial and program analysis
- Must be able to deliver presentations effectively in front of small and large groups
- Professional presentation and ability to effectively interact with partners and internal associates at all levels
- Positive attitude, motivated, outgoing, well spoken
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Trustworthy and dependable
-Strong time management skills, disciplined
- Ability to work within a team
- A minimum of 5 years experience in call center management leading supervisors.
