Jessica is a Director of Recruiting at Travel + Leisure Co., where she leads a team of talented Sales and Marketing recruiters focused on building high‑impact teams that support the company’s growth and purpose.

With nearly two decades at Travel + Leisure Co., Jessica has built a career rooted in recruiting leadership, talent strategy, and developing teams that connect the right people to the right opportunities. Her experience spans large-scale hiring initiatives, sales and marketing recruitment, and workforce planning, with a strong emphasis on partnership and process excellence.

Today, Jessica is passionate about developing recruiters, delivering a meaningful candidate experience, and supporting leaders across the business as they build engaged, high‑performing teams. Through the Work + Wander podcast, she brings that passion to life by sharing the authentic stories of associates across the organization and highlighting the journeys, experiences, and connections that shape meaningful careers.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys supporting her kids in their many activities, spending time with family, and traveling whenever she can.

Jay Cocorullo

Jay is Manager of Employer Brand at Travel + Leisure Co., where he leads storytelling, recruitment marketing, and brand strategy that brings the company’s culture to life for current and future associates.

With more than 25 years in Talent Acquisition, Jay has worked across nearly every dimension of the field, including recruiting, college hiring, analytics, recruitment technology, and talent strategy. His career has included building recruitment marketing strategies, implementing talent systems, supporting large scale hiring, and developing data driven approaches to attracting top talent.

Today, Jay focuses on connecting people to purpose through authentic storytelling. His work highlights the experiences of associates across the organization while helping position Travel + Leisure Co. as an employer of choice.

Outside of work, Jay enjoy travel adventures with his family and is the founder of the Florida Rum Society, the largest rum enthusiast community in the United States.
