We're all about putting the world on vacation, and as our Consumer Lending Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in making this happen. You'll evaluate credit applications and give our customers a memorable experience. Here's how:
- Calculate serviceability to determine outcomes
- Carry out credit checks on new applications
- Follow up on required documents to complete applications

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Background in Consumer Lending, Credit Underwriting, Credit Analyst or Assurance role in Consumer Credit
- Experience in credit-risk transactions
- Ability to tackle high work volumes with accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Drive for results
- Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
