We are seeking an clever accountant  to join our dynamic team at Travel + Leisure Global Support Services (Philippines), Inc. This is a first step into leadership for someone who's been doing the work well and is ready for more ownership. You'll lead a team of six - your own clear lane within a larger team of twelve - with a supervisor above you and a peer team leader alongside you. Real support structure. Real accountability. How you'll shine

• Managing daily workload for your team of six - prioritizing, pacing, and making sure work lands accurately and on time
• Owning service level adherence for your half of the team - tracking, reporting, and stepping in early when something's at risk
• Running quality reviews across bank reconciliations, cash allocation, and receivables work - catching errors before they become problems
• Being the first port of call for your team on escalations, investigations, and anything that needs a second set of eyes
• Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements - training is provided, so prior certification isn't expected

What you will bring

• Solid background in cash management, reconciliation, or account receivables - you understand the work from the inside
• The person your current team already comes to - maybe you don't have a leadership title yet, but you're already acting like one
• Strong Excel and numerical skills - accuracy isn't just a preference for you, it's a standard
• Clear, confident communicator - you can document a process, escalate an issue, and brief a supervisor without needing to be prompted
• Calm under volume - this team moves fast and the work doesn't stop, so steady and organized matters more than flashy

A bit about the team

You'll be part of a Consumer Finance Operations division that spans seven countries. The Receivables team is twelve people strong, split across two team leaders who report into a supervisor. It's a structured environment with real support - you won't be thrown in the deep end. What we're after is someone ready to take ownership of their half and make it run well.
