As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Travel + Leisure Global Support Services (Philippines), Inc., you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic and growing team. This full-time position is based in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, and will involve collaborating closely with our HR and business leaders to drive the company's recruitment efforts.
How You'll Shine
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Sourcing and screening candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications
Facilitating the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, verifying references, and making job offers
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs
Collaborating with the HR team to implement best practices and improve recruitment processes
What You'll bring
1-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in the HR or customer service industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
Proficiency in using HR and recruitment software, as well as social media platforms for sourcing candidates
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
