Travel + Leisure is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and delivery across the Middle East and other supported regions. This role will play a key part in attracting top talent, strengthening our employer brand, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 

How You'll Shine

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned to business needs.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategies.

  • Manage, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to drive high performance.

  • Track recruitment metrics and reporting to inform decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, working with Marketing and Communications on social media, career fairs, and university partnerships.

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles across the region.

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and local labor laws.

  • Provide recruitment support and strategic guidance across the Middle East while maintaining global consistency.

  • Support wider HR initiatives and deputise for senior team members when required.
     

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a people leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and compliance.

  • Proven experience in employer branding, social media recruitment, and talent marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technology.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
