We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Senior Analyst to help deepen our understanding of the customer and strengthen how customer insights are translated into measurable business action. This hybrid role combines Customer Research and Voice of Customer (VoC) with advanced analytics and measurement, partnering across Marketing, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data, Digital, Product, and Customer Experience teams to uncover customer needs, evaluate performance, and inform growth and experience strategy.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in both quantitative research and advanced analytics, with the ability to design customer research, analyze complex datasets, apply statistical methodologies, and connect findings across multiple sources. This individual should be comfortable moving from a business question to a research or analytical approach and translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

This role will help evolve the organization’s Voice of Customer and advanced measurement capabilities by identifying emerging customer trends, strengthening experimentation and analytical rigor, and creating scalable approaches that enable more customer-centric and data-driven decision making.

How You'll Shine:

Customer Research & Voice of Customer

  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of customer research initiatives, including surveys, satisfaction studies, and ad hoc research requests.

  • Translate qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and customer experience teams.

  • Identify emerging customer trends, behaviors, needs, and opportunities that influence business and customer strategy.

  • Develop executive-ready reports and presentations that clearly communicate research findings, implications, and recommended actions.

Statistical Modeling & Advanced Analytics

  • Leverage advanced statistical methodologies to uncover patterns, predict customer behavior, and generate actionable insights that support marketing strategy and business performance.

  • Support the build and application of predictive and analytical models, including forecasting, customer segmentation, propensity analysis, regression modeling, and hypothesis testing.

  • Apply advanced analytics to improve audience targeting, lifecycle engagement, customer experience, and campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Measurement & Experimentation

  • Support marketing measurement through experimentation, campaign lift analysis, performance driver analysis, and trend forecasting to inform optimization and investment decisions.

  • Design and analyze A/B tests, holdouts, and other structured experiments using representative audiences and statistically sound methodologies.

  • Translate test and measurement results into clear recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and customer outcomes.

Cross-Functional Analytics & Data Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic analytical partner across Marketing, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data, Digital, Product, and Customer Experience teams.

  • Collaborate on enterprise reporting initiatives, data quality efforts, and analytical frameworks that improve the consistency and usability of customer and marketing insights.

  • Translate business questions into research and analytical requirements and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Reporting, Visualization & Insight Activation

  • Develop executive-ready visualizations, reports, and presentations that translate complex customer and performance data into strategic action.

  • Connect research, behavioral, and performance data to create a more holistic view of the customer and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting, automate analysis, and enhance data-driven decision making through new methodologies and emerging technologies.

Data & Technical Collaboration

  • Query and analyze large customer and marketing datasets using SQL and cloud-based data platforms.

  • Partner with data and analytics teams to validate data quality, definitions, and analytical inputs used in research, modeling, and measurement.

  • Collaborate across Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Data teams to develop scalable analytical approaches that enhance reporting and business intelligence.

  • Conduct ad hoc research and advanced analyses to support strategic marketing, customer experience, and growth decisions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, market research, advanced analytics, or related fields.

  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing quantitative customer research, including surveys and satisfaction studies.

  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, research design, measurement, and experimentation methodologies.

  • Experience applying forecasting, regression, segmentation, propensity analysis, hypothesis testing, or other predictive and analytical techniques.

  • Experience analyzing customer behavior, lifecycle performance, audience segments, and marketing effectiveness.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to select the appropriate research or analytical approach for a business question.

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

  • Experience with:

    • Survey and Voice of Customer platforms or research tools

    • Power BI and/or other data visualization tools

    • Google Analytics or comparable digital analytics platforms

    • BigQuery or comparable cloud-based data platforms

    • Statistical software and programming tools such as R, Python, or Databricks

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present research and analytical findings clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences.

  • Experience integrating customer research findings with behavioral, transactional, or marketing performance data to develop holistic insights.

  • Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, experimentation, incrementality testing, or advanced marketing measurement.

  • Experience working with customer lifecycle, retention, loyalty, customer experience, or membership-focused businesses.

  • Understanding of data quality, analytics implementation, and measurement concepts.

  • Familiarity with qualitative research methods, text analytics, or unstructured Voice of Customer analysis. Nice to have.

  • Exposure to AI tools or automation workflows that improve research and analytics efficiency.

  • Experience partnering with Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data, Marketing, Product, or Customer Experience teams.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Improved rigor and adoption of advanced analytics, experimentation, and measurement
