Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source passive and active candidates

  • Conduct interviews while providing an exceptional candidate experience

  • Partner and work closely with Site Leadership Team to set and meet training class goals

  • Partner with other Recruiters to share best practices and maintain site and region-wide objectives

  • Use creativity to attract top sales and marketing representatives to Wyndham Destinations, including promoting employee referrals internally

  • Update candidate and staffing reports on an ongoing basis

  • Work with Recruiting team to develop a yearly recruiting action plan and adjust monthly as needed

  • Build a social media presence to consistently promote the Site

  • Actively engage with Sales and Marketing new hires by attending meetings, visiting the sales floor, celebrating referrals, etc.

  • Partner with team to develop a consistent and creative flow of well-negotiated site-specific sourcing options

  • Engage with local College Students and Alumni by researching and attending different Employer opportunities (career fairs, resume help sessions, classroom presentations, etc.).

  • Ensure appropriate candidate profiles are being identified by working closely with hiring managers

  • Actively research and participate in site/area recruiting networking projects

  • Prepare, host and execute fun, upbeat "career nights" for the site as needed

  • Attend Site Sales & Marketing meetings along with SLT meetings on a weekly basis

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years High Volume Recruiting and/or Sales experience

  • High Volume Sales Recruiting highly preferred

  • Ability to source "passive" candidates via direct sourcing

  • Must be a team player and possess the ability to form good working relationships with others

  • High School or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to handle rejection and common objections

  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office including MS Excel and Outlook

  • General smart device skills

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Make an on-site presence with business partners

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)

  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for business unit and recruiting conferences, and to areas as needed for business needs

Compensation

Generally starting at $80,000 - $80,000 per year. The actual salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
