Manager, Sales Operations Administration

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Senior Director Sales Operations, National Sales Operations Manager, Area Vice President of Sales, Project Directors, Office Managers, Assistant Office Managers, Sales Support Teams, Corporate Departments, Internal and External Customers.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
The Manager, Sales Operations Administration is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, coordination, and optimisation of Sales Operations across preview centres within their designated region. This role blends strategic regional oversight with hands-on operational enablement, ensuring preview centres operate efficiently, compliantly, and consistently while delivering an exceptional internal and external customer experience.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure preview centres operate in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
- Coach, train, mentor and develop operational and sales support staff.
- Develop succession planning and talent management strategies.
- Conduct audits and operational reviews.
- Provide operational escalation support and after-hours assistance where required.
- Oversee sales office refurbishments and maintenance standards
- Support new preview centre set-ups and implementation system.
- Maintain and improve Sales Operations processes, training materials and resources.
- Act as liaison with Creative Services and Legal.
- Monitor financial reporting, KPIs and P&L awareness.
- Provide high levels of internal and external customer service.
- Lead by example and promote safety, integrity and continuous improvement.
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Proven leadership and people development capability.
- Strong operational, organisational and planning skills.
- Financial reporting and P&L understanding.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and customer focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel regularly and work outside business hours as required.
