The Opportunity

We are now seeking a Resort Manager to lead operations at our stunning Club Wyndham Mission Beach property. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a resort, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest and owner experiences in one of North Queensland’s most sought-after coastal destinations.

How you’ll Shine

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of the resort.

You will lead across all departments, drive financial and operational outcomes, and create a strong, service-led culture that reflects our brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead all day-to-day resort operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services

  • Drive guest satisfaction and consistently deliver exceptional owner and guest experiences

  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team

  • Partner with corporate teams to implement business initiatives and improvements

  • Maintain strong relationships with Body Corporate, owners, and local stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall resort performance

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in hotel or resort management

  • Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments

  • Experience managing financial performance, budgets, and reporting

  • A confident, people-first leadership style with the ability to build engaged teams

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for hospitality
