Part Time
Primarily Weekends or Wednesday - Sunday.
Shifts are: 6:30AM - 3:00PM /10:00AM - 6:30PM / 2:30PM - 11:00PM
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be a key point of connection between our guests and the resort. You’ll bring a customer-focused mindset to each interaction, taking ownership of the guest experience from arrival through departure. By listening attentively, acting with urgency, and exercising sound judgment, you’ll help create positive, memorable vacation experiences while supporting smooth daily operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage the check-in and check-out process with accuracy and confidence, including issuing keys, reviewing stay details, and orienting guests to the resort and surrounding area.
Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a sense of urgency, taking ownership of resolution and escalating appropriately when needed.
Make timely, well-reasoned decisions in a fast-paced environment, balancing guest needs, operational priorities, and established guidelines.
Work collaboratively and communicate openly with valet, housekeeping, maintenance, concierge, sales, and fellow Guest Services team members to ensure seamless service and shared accountability.
Schedule & Availability Expectations
This role requires schedule flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and evening or overnight shifts as operational needs require. Reliable attendance and accountability are essential, as Guest Services Associates support a 24/7 operation and play a key role during peak occupancy periods.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is $20.00.
