MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (group in related activities and document key actions and outcomes required)
Email Operations
- Build, manage, and innovate the 7Across and RCI business units to drive business goals.
- Deploy & Maintain automations using Journey Builder.
- Work with 7Across and RCI data engineers/analysts to produce new extracts to power new journeys and campaigns.
- Data import/export and transformations in Automation Studio.
- Develop and de-bug campaigns
- Manage Marketing deployments using Automation Studio.
- Utilize AMPscript to deliver content blocks and highly personalized inbox experiences with dynamic content.
- Maintain Cloud Pages marketing preference center.
- Admin support, internal documentation.
- Provide quarterly journey analytics and marketing campaign insights to the business.
- Support marketing team in email analytics reporting.
- Build and maintain global EMS transactional emails templates using Taxi for Email.
- Optimise the marketing technology infrastructure, systems and tools, to enable the marketing team to better segment, target and engage with prospects and customer.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in CRM and Martech, implementing relevant advancements.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity and security.
CRM
- Leverage data using the customer data platforms (Simon/Snowflake) at enterprise-scale in order to create powerful experiences and automate repetitive tasks, streamlining workflow processes.
- Fully orchestrate and automate customer journeys across our technology stack and end channels
- Activate the full breadth of marketing data to power segmentation models, recommendations, and other AI/ML investments, improving the timing and impact of customer engagements whilst driving incremental MROI.
- Utilise marketing workflow processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows, proposing and implementing solutions to streamline processes.
- Standardize workflow templates and documentation for consistent execution of marketing activities.
- Support the CRM & Martech Manager in duties as required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year marketing technology experience
- Technical proficiency: Sound knowledge of CRM and high proficiency in use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Good understanding of data integration and API usage.
- Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience of execution of multi-lingual, multi-brand and multi-channel Marketing services using CRM solutions successfully
- Strong competencies around communication, influencing, problem solving, analytical ability, planning and organising with goal orientated approach and ability to drive results.
