How You'll Shine

• Develop and deliver impactful integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, member engagement and business growth across the Middle East.

• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to bring marketing initiatives to life.
• Use data, customer insights and market trends to optimise campaign performance and deliver measurable commercial results.
• Champion the Accor Vacation Club brand, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our high standards and premium experience.
• Take ownership of marketing projects from concept through to execution, balancing strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail.

What You'll Bring

• 6–8+ years' experience in corporate or integrated marketing, ideally within travel, hospitality, tourism or a customer-focused industry.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, measure performance and make informed marketing decisions.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships.
• Knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences and delivering measurable business results.
