What You'll Bring:

• Previous hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Management experience, preferably in a hotel environment

• Proven ability to manage and develop a team

• Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs

• Experience organising, consulting and negotiating with Contractors

• Sound computer literacy

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Building/trade qualification will be highly regarded

How You'll Shine:

• Manage and be responsible for the operations of all maintenance requirements of the hotel.

• Perform the role in a hands-on manner

• Supervision of all building related matters and works

• Lead the property Workplace Health and Safety Management Plan

• Quoting, scheduling and managing Capex projects

• Protect and maintain the hotel asset, whilst ensuring the safety, security and comfort of members, guests and team members

• Take the lead in identifying and implementing sustainable practices
