The role of the Lifestyle Consultant is to actively contribute to the company's vision of making holiday dreams come true by providing exceptional customer service to Lifestyle members
How You'll Shine
Provide customer service, administrative and marketing support to the Lifestyle Program with day to day functions of the department including (but not limited to); reporting, financial tasks, incoming/outbound communications (email, phone, website chat and social media), data entry and general administrative duties.
Updating content and creating new products/deals on our eCommerce website, whilst ensuring accuracy and best practice is being implemented.
Ensure effective time management with regular report compilation and monitoring program performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer.
Simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies.
Keep records of customer interactions within the applicable software application.
Contribute at team meetings in a proactive manner.
Meet schedules, deadlines and time lines.
Any other reasonable duties as requested or required from time to time.
Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be effected by your conduct in the workplace.
Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties.
Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.

What You'll Bring:
Excellent organisation, planning, communication and relationship-building skills (both written and verbal).

Regular and reliable attendance.
Proven customer service experience.
Experience working with eCommerce platforms.
Intermediate level Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in a similar role.
