How You’ll Shine

As the Head Groundsperson you will manage a small team and be responsible for providing exceptional service to owners and guests while performing gardening and general care of landscape, nursery and growth of plants at our beautiful Basildene Manor property.

What You’ll Bring

To be considered for this great opportunity you will be able to demonstrate the following;

• Previous experience in a similar grounds and garden role desirable
• Understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling
• Excellent attention to detail
• Passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, school and public holiday period
