We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Food & Beverage Attendant / Café All Rounder to join our Corporate Café in Bundall.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates initiative and is eager to develop their career within hospitality.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have leadership potential or aspirations to progress into a Team Leader role. Whether you are an experienced hospitality professional or someone ready to take the next step in your career, we are open to supporting the right candidate's growth and development.

The role will involve working across front-of-house service, food preparation, café operations and catering. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills in corporate catering, event preparation and day-to-day café coordination, with the potential to take on greater responsibilities as you develop.

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage, café or hospitality environment.
• Barista experience and a passion for delivering quality coffee.
• Food preparation experience, with an interest in developing catering skills.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and sound food safety knowledge.
• A mature, professional and dependable approach to work.
• Strong initiative, accountability and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn, take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the ongoing success of the café.
• Leadership qualities or an interest in progressing into a Team Leader position.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety and food safety requirements.

Previous leadership or catering experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. We value the right attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
