We're looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Barista / Café Attendant to join our busy corporate café.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making great coffee, providing exceptional customer service and working in a welcoming team environment.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages, serving light meals and snacks, and creating a positive experience for customers each day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and specialty beverages to a high standard.

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

• Prepare and serve light meals, sandwiches and café-style food.

• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

• Restock café supplies and assist with daily operations.

• Work collaboratively as part of a small team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous barista experience and confidence operating a coffee machine.

• Experience working in a café, hospitality or food service environment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• A positive, energetic and reliable attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

• Food handling knowledge (or a Food Safety Certificate) is highly regarded.
